1)TOWEL
Bring The Towel You guys Get from the SANA Course.If you don't have it,a small Towel
will Do.(we are NOT going to bathe.Its for kayaking)

2)What to wear during Kayaking.
All of us will wear our SEC 2 CAMP SHIRT and the OLD PL(SEC) Shorts.
(You can borrow from your peers if you don't have any of them)

3)WATER BOTTLE
Just ONE 1.5 Water bottle will do. And every one will have to STANDARDISE.
The PIC is up there.Just buy that Brand will do.

4) WHISTLE
BRING 2 BLACK WHISTLE. Those plastic Type.

5)TWINE
Buy 2 Balls of it. One ball is to bring and the other to CUT the measurement out and place in
Neatly in a small plastic bag.

MEASUREMENT
- 12 Guy lines(1.5metres each)
- 2 Main guyline(2.5metres each)

Wear your PL sec Shorts(The old type)

***7)wear your OLD school shoe. DONT wear sports shoe. better to be white cause we have to standardise:)
